Delivery is charged at £15 for England & Wales and £20 for Scotland and is free on orders over £150. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight and the Scottish islands will incur a surcharge where ferry costs are involved. Following Brexit, we are unable to deliver outside of Great Britain.
Deliveries will be made by APC Couriers in robust, fully recyclable cartons to minimise breakages and deliver your wines in the best possible condition. Orders will usually be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Any missing or damaged wine must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery. If you have created an account, you can request a return via the website by viewing the relevant order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the condition of their wines upon arrival. It is our responsibility and that of our carrier to ensure that the wines are properly packaged and protected for their journey to you.
If you are unhappy with your wines we will replace them or issue a refund. You are welcome to return wines as long as they are unopened and the labels are not damaged. Wines may only be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered as this will minimise breakages. Please contact us for details and returns charges.
