Pricing and Availability.
Our wines are sourced from Artisan wine growers who produce a limited number of bottles of wine therefore once it has gone it has gone until the next year's production. As such, we hope you will appreciate that due to changes in exchange rates, duty and VAT and logistics costs, our prices may vary from time to time. We will endeavour to keep our prices as consistent as possible.
Delivery is charged at £15.00 for England & Wales and £20.00 for Scotland and is free on orders over £150. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight and the Scottish islands will incur a surcharge where ferry costs are involved. Following Brexit, we are unable to deliver outside of Great Britain.
We aim to keep all stock showcased on our website available for sale. If stocks sell out we will temporarily remove it from sale and offer alternatives where appropriate.
All goods remain the property of The Wine Agent Ltd until payment is received.
Purchases can only be made by persons over the age of 18.
If you are unhappy with your wines we will replace them or issue a refund. You are welcome to return wines as long as they are unopened and the labels are not damaged. Wines may only be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered as this will minimise breakages. Please contact us for details and returns charges.
All our contracts are made under English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
