Juicy, off-dry white from North-East Austria.
Bright citrus yellow with a fine bouquet of elderflower and lemon balm on the nose. Typical rounded Muscat notes on the palate with nuances of white roses and citrussy, ripe lemons. Fine balanced acidity with good structure on the palate, supported by an elegant and fine, mineral finish.
Excellent on its own as a well chilled aperitif or as an accompaniment to starters such as goat's cheese or melon with prosciutto. Pair with poultry and white meats in creamy dishes.
