Delightful blend of equal parts Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, this full-bodied Minervois red delivers aromas of cassis, dark fruits and raspberries. Smooth and powerful, this wine lingers on the palate demanding another sip. Domaine Sibille has been "Agriculture Biologique" accredited (Organic) since 2005 with assiduous attention being paid to the health of the flora and fauna of the environment. This results is natural predators for pest control and minimal requirement for chemicals and preservatives (sulphites). All of the grapes are hand picked to preserve their quality and ensure the natural flavours and qualities produce outstanding wines. This Minervois will accompany hearty winter stews and also light game and roast meats. Brilliant with spicy veggie dishes and cheeses both soft and hard.
