Syrah and Grenache make this a typical Côtes du Rhône wine, with tempting aromas of dark red fruits velvety tannins and a good clean spicy finish.
After careful harvesting, the grapes are fully de-stemmed and gently pressed. A fortnight of temperature controlled fermentation follows with daily stirring to extract the full fruit and body of the wine. The wine is matured for 12 months in stainless steel vats before gentle filtering and bottling
Enjoy with grilled or roasted red meats and pasta dishes, cold cuts and cheeses. Try pairing with beef olives, moussaka and roast pork with mustard.
