Judit, is the first woman in the family with advanced knowledge in Oenology, and has created a different version of the traditionally made white Riojas. Harvested during the second week of September it is followed by a cold maceration and fermented at low controlled temperature for two weeks. The wine is then stabilised for three months on its fine lees to prevent oxidation which adds further complexity to the wine.
50% Malvasía, 50% Viura. An equal blend between the main white variety from Rioja, Viura and Malvasia, a minor variety in Rioja, suited to dry climates, poor soils and with a high sensitivity to humidity. This wine gives a full bodied burst of tropical fruits, with hints of banana and pineapple yet has a lovely dry finish which keeps it fresh and clean on the palate.
