Intense ruby red with blue reflections. Very fruity bouquet of dark cherries and blueberries with spicy notes in the background.
Dry, fresh, fruity acidity, soft, ripe tannins, lots of fruit on the palate with sour cherry and a hint of spicy clove.
Full bodied red with powerful, well-integrated alcohol, lots of potential and long pleasing finish.
Pair with grills and roasts, hearty stews and also charcuterie and good strong cheeses.
Dry Red Wine, 13.5% vol.
