Hand picked 100% Malvasia from 70 year old vineyard on chalky-clay soil.
Harvested during the second week of September followed by cold maceration and temperature controlled fermentation in French oak barrels and left on its fine lees for three months.
Greenish-yellow colour with a bright rim and well defined aromas of tropical fruit with subtle notes of vanilla. Bursting with white stone fruit flavours and fine soft tannins with only the faintest hint of oak.
Long and pleasant finish - a lovely example of elegant minimalism.
Serve from 6°C to 8°C.
Pairs with appetizers, tapas, rice, pasta, white meat, fish and salads.
